The Amillan Training Centre (ATC) provides end user and technical training on a broad range of technologies and products. The training team has a mix of accreditations including ACSE (Alcatel Certified System Expert) and ACCI (Alcatel Certified Customer Instructor).

 

Courses are delivered at either the dedicated training suite in Birmingham or on site. There are benefits of receiving training in both locations as the ATC has all the equipment already set-up in a dedicated training suite while onsite training can be provided on the system and applications which users will use everyday. On site training can cover many areas for handset users, manager/secretary users, voicemail, operator users and contact centre agents. We also provide Train the Trainer courses to allow staff to train colleagues on-site in small groups. This is a very popular option for large organisations or for businesses with a high turnover of staff.

 

We provide a very flexible training solution and the training team can create a course specifically to suit your needs. The first step is to arrange a meeting with the training manager to discuss requirements and to build a training plan. Materials will then be created to match the training requirement and courses will be delivered at the ATC, on-site or a combination of both.
