Amillan’s ManageCom support offering comes in 3 broad versions and each one can be tailored to correspond to what you want for your organisation’s individual sites.
- ManageCom Care - is our straightforward support service where we provide SLA-based fault response support during the hours of coverage that you specify.
- ManageCom Active – with this service Amillan proactively monitor your network from our TAC centre and initiate response actions, advising and involving your staff as you have requested.
- ManageCom Presence – an option with both Care and Presence packages, Amillan will provide skilled on-site technical staff to proactively manage your network environment or to work alongside your own network management staff. Again, this service can be customized to cover certain days or critical periods where additional resources are required.
