Our range of scheduled courses cover all aspects of the Alcatel range of products, including the OmniPCX 4400, OmniPCX Office , Contact Centre and voice mail applications, the OmniPCX Enterprise and system management applications. Courses for technical staff and end users are available and Alcatel Approved courseware and documentation are used at all times.
Customer Site Training
Many of Amillan’s courses, whether scheduled or bespoke, can be delivered at the clients premises. This can have the benefit of cutting out travel time and expenses. Staff are also then on-site if required urgently. All pricing for client site training includes half a day to set up the training equipment.
Bespoke training
Amillan can create bespoke courses for specific customer requirements, skills and applications. Bespoke courses are created by Amillan’s Accredited trainers. This includes a consultation stage, course specification, delivery, post testing and success measurement.
Course materials are specially created in consultation with the client. These tailor made courses can be delivered from our training centre or on customer site.
SuperUser training
For larger organisations with a large number of users and for customers unable to schedule group training due to business constraints, SuperUser training is an excellent alternative to end user handset training (see above). An added benefit is that with high staff turnover, you always have someone available on site to train new users on the handset functionality.
Customers select key individuals who then receive this specialised training on-site or at our training centre, that will give them the experience and tools to be able to train users within their own company in a selected room or even at the users desk.
Floor walking
Amillan can offer a ‘Floor walking’ service to provide post installation assistance at time of system “cut-over”, delivered by our team of Alcatel Approved Customer trainers. This service can also be invaluable during upgrades to assist users on an ad-hoc basis as issues arise. Users can be supported at their desks to minimize disruption to the business.
