As part of their store refurbishment program, Halfords are replacing the telephone systems at each store throughout the branch network. This program extends into Europe where we have recently replaced systems in the Czech Republic.

In line with keeping the stores fresh and modern in their look, the communications system is an important part of that too. Replacing the telephone systems has some practical benefits like standardising the systems so that the support and maintenance of them is greatly simplified and more cost effective. Apart from that the stores are benefiting from using state of the art telephony and intuitive, function rich handsets.
