We have just finalised an exclusive partnership with Genesys to formalise our expertise in delivering intelligent Contact Centre solutions. This recognises the success of the projects we have delivered to some of the UK's leading brands.

This accolade was awarded for the open approach that Genesys has and for it's vision to extend customer care beyond the Contact Centre.
