Aspect Software announces Amillan as new UK channel partner

Communications solutions integrator Amillan to distribute Aspect contact centre solutions in UK.

Aspect Software, a leading provider of next generation customer contact and enterprise workforce optimisation, today announced a partnership with Amillan, bespoke IP-based voice and data networking, contact centre, unified communications and mobility solutions provider.

The agreement, which enables an offering of integrated Microsoft Lync and contact centre applications to customers in the UK, is part of Aspect’s wider programme in the region for strengthening its current offerings through resellers.

Amillan is a communications integrator that delivers complete solutions to improve efficiencies in organisations. It seamlessly blends the latest business communications applications, such as Microsoft Lync enterprise voice, with an existing environment to create a smooth migration process from legacy systems.

As part of the agreement, Amillan has access to Aspect’s customer contact applications, which support communication-enabled business processes from customer service to sales to collections, and resides on the unified contact centre platform, Aspect® Unified IP®.
