Amillan at ACE Europe 2014

Aspect Europe's two day conference gave attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations in customer interaction management, including how Omni-channel engagement can revolutionise the contact centre environment and respond to changing customer communication demands. Omni-channel communication lets customers select the channel on which they would like to be contacted (including social networks such as Facebook or Twitter), respond in the channel of their choice and even switch between channels as part of one seamless interaction.

Another key message from the conference was that Aspect is committed to flexible deployment options, with new cloud based offerings supplementing their already strong on-premise portfolio allowing communications integrators like Amillan to deploy a full range of contact centre solutions in the cloud, on-premise or as a hybrid of both- alongside unified communications technology such as Microsoft Lync.

  • 80% of executives think their organisation delivers great customer service- only 8% of customers agree.
  • 11% of 2-5 year olds can tie their shoe laces- but 22% can successfully navigate to and open a mobile app.
