  • Care - is our straightforward support service where we provide SLA-based fault response support during the hours of coverage that you specify.
  • Active – with this service Amillan proactively monitor your network from our TAC centre and initiate response actions, advising and involving your staff as you have requested.
  • Presence – an option with both Care and Active packages, Amillan will provide skilled on-site technical staff to proactively manage your network environment or to work alongside your own network management staff. Again, this service can be customized to cover certain days or critical periods where additional resources are required.
